Pots inspired by the wonderful women of history and their incredible achievements.
The idea for these plant pots came as a result of the Covid-19 Lockdown. Struggling with the restrictions, I decided to turn to gardening early on as a way of being outside and working with nature. On rainy days I turned my attention to the indoor plants and noticed how dull all my plant pots were and decided I wanted to jazz them up. Armed with brushes and paints, I started to paint Frida Kahlo, who has always been a great inspiration of mine.
I fell in love with the idea of the pot being an inspirational woman and the plant being her life and achievements growing out of her, and kept painting more pots with more women I’ve been inspired by until I had created this entire collection.
There are 6 subcategories; Art, History, Science, Music and Modern Inspirations
Each pot is a 13cm terracotta pot, hand painted, glittered, and then sealed with a clear lacquer.
Each pot is made to order and takes 5-7 days to arrive
